On 14 April 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that South Korea has reactivated its visa waiver program for Qatari Citizens. An official source at the Consular Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the government of the Republic of South Korea issued a decision to reactivate the visa waiver program for Qatari citizens to enter its territory as of April 1, 2022.
The source indicated that Qatari citizens wishing to travel to the Republic of South Korea must, before travelling, apply on the K-ETA website or through the K-ETA application for smartphones. (QNA)
