Qatari Student Team Wins Award for Best Creative Idea from Gulf Health Council

As part of the Healthcon initiative, a Qatari student team won the Gulf Health Council’s award for the best creative idea for the campaign of electronic cigarette danger.

Students from all Gulf countries had brainstormed creative ideas, over the past days, for three campaigns: the mental and social health campaign for the elderly, the electronic cigarette danger campaign, and the drugs campaign.

The Saudi student team won the best content award for the drugs campaign. The Omani student team won the best creative idea of changing behavior for the mental and social health campaign for the elderly. The UAE students won the best presentation award for the mental and social health campaign for the elderly. The Kuwaiti student team won the team spirit award for the drugs campaign.

Director of Public Health Department and Member of the Executive Board of the Gulf Health Council Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Thani, General Manager of the Gulf Health Council Sulaiman Al Dakheel, and Director of Supply Department and Member of the Executive Board of the Gulf Health Council Nayef Asaad Al Jashaam handed over the awards to the winning students.
