Kahramaa Office
The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) announced the launch of the Direct Debit Service, which is the corporation’s latest electronic service aimed at providing smart payment solutions, in collaboration with the Commercial Bank.
Through this innovative service, Kahramaa customers would be able to enjoy an easier and faster than ever monthly bill payments experience. To benefit from this facilitated service, customers will authorize Kahramaa “once and for all”, to deduct due amounts directly from their bank accounts monthly, and there will be no need for any further steps.
Jaber Hamad Al Nabit, director of Financial Affairs and the Customer Services Department at Kahramaa, said this service came in the context of the corporation’s continued efforts to improve customer services and streamline payment processes through such advanced electronic tools.
