Qatar Participates in GCC Ministerial Council

The State of Qatar participated today in the 151st Session of GCC Ministerial Council, which was held at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The State of Qatar’s delegation was chaired by HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.

The meeting dealt with reviewing a number of reports following up the implementation of the GCC Supreme Council’s resolution of the 42nd summit in Al Riyadh, in addition to reports from the General Secretariat and technical committees.

The meeting also dealt with reviewing topics related to strategic relations between the GCC and international blocs, in addition to exchanging views on the work of the GCC, international and regional developments.
